Packing the Siena Pro Tote Traveler Set for a work trip

Summary
| Roster | 10 creators live by the end of the ramp | Creators live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Two a week up to ten, six weeks. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Commuters and travelers who use Siena Pro sets | Real owners filmed in real use, picked by the five filters on this page. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | At 10 creators that is 303 creator videos a month, one variable per test. |
| Pay | Fee $300 to $800, cap $600 to $1,500 | Three bands: Starter, Standard, Premium. Ceiling $15,000 a month with all ten at the top cap. |
| Bonus | $50 flat past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month, organic views only, and none on a video that breaks the sheet. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet of literal Nordace lines | Creators quote 50% More Packing Space as written, never their own version. Questions go to #claims first. |
| Category rule | No promise beyond the product page | Rain, carry-on and packing lines stay as written: 100% Rain Protection, nothing stronger. |
| Goal | $1.00 per 1,000 views | Starting inputs give $5.74 per 1,000 views on $10,050 of cost. Closing that gap is the work. |
| Report | Every Monday, one sheet | Videos, views, cost per 1,000 views against $1.00, winners flagged for paid. |
| Decision | Approve the first two creators | That starts the warm-up. Everything else follows the ramp and the Monday sheet. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs the creator program and the paid engine ran as one system: a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early. Nordace is bags and travel, a different category, and I have not run it. The method carries over; the product knowledge I would learn from your team and your reviews.

Why now
19
reviews on the Siena Starter Set
The Siena Starter Set carries 19 reviews at a 4.74 rating. That is a real base of owners to recruit from, and a product creators can film honestly.
Published12
reviews on the Siena Pro Tote Traveler Set
The Siena Pro Tote Traveler Set has 12 reviews at 4.83. It is the set on your home page, so it leads the first briefs.
Published70%
of travelers prefer two bundles
Your own page says over 70% of Nordace travelers prefer the Siena Pro 15 Essential Set and the Siena Pro 15 Traveler Set. Those two get the first formats.
Published10%
off the first order
The sign-up offer is 10% OFF your first order. A creator video can end on that offer, as long as it is live the day it posts.

Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views, target $1.00. The starting inputs say $5.74, so the first job is closing that gap, not adding creators.
Seven videos a week per creator
Volume feeds the hook library. At ten creators that is 303 videos a month, and the losers get killed early.
One variable per test
Same Siena Pro 15 Essential Set, same shot, only the opening line changes. Then we know which line did the work.
One channel for the work
Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports live in one shared workspace, so no answer sits buried in a private message.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
DanaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Siena Pro 15 Essential Set, pack-out for a carry-on trip. Three hooks, one variable per test. Drafts in #drafts by Thursday.
TheoMon 11:10 AM
Can I call the bag rain-proof in my intro? I want the opening to land hard.
Use the sheet line only: 100% Rain Protection. Nothing stronger, and no weather promises.
TheoTue 9:00 AM
Draft is in #drafts: Siena Pro Crossbody Essentials Set, commute shot, hook one of three. Tell me if the first line needs work.
DanaThu 2:15 PM
Draft sent back: the opening is strong, but the caption says best bag ever. Swap it for 50% More Packing Space and repost the cut.
DanaFri 4:00 PM
Check before you post: partnership tag on, no price in the voiceover, claims only from the sheet. Reply here once all three are done.
Weekly botAppSat 10:40 AM
Theo's Siena Hobo City Set video passed 100,000 views, organic only. Flagged for the paid test and the $50 bonus.
Weekly botAppMon 8:00 AM
Monday report is up: videos posted, views per format, cost per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target, winners flagged for paid.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Carry-on pack-out
“One backpack, one trip, and this is exactly how I pack it”
Top-down on a bed or floor, every piece of the Siena Pro 15 Essential Set placed in order, ending zipped and on the shoulder.

Brief 02
Commute carry
“What I carry to work, and nothing more”
Handheld from front door to desk. Show each pocket of the Crossbody Essentials Set once, end on the open bag.

Brief 03
Weekend trip test
“I took this set on a real trip so you do not have to guess”
Three short scenes: packing, airport, hotel. Same Siena Pro 15 Traveler Set in every scene, no cuts to other bags.

Brief 04
City day carry
“Everything that fits in this city set, in one take”
One continuous take: lay out the Siena Hobo City Set contents, load the bag, close it, walk out of frame.

Brief 05
Premium Set unboxing
“Unboxing the Siena Pro 15 Premium Set, piece by piece”
Fixed camera on a table. One piece out at a time, one sentence on what each piece is for, no music over the voice.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “50% More Packing Space”, “Carry-On Ready for Up to 7 Days”, “Designed for 10-Day Trips”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Everyday commuters
Creators already posting commute and work-carry videos. The Siena Pro Daily Commute Set and the Siena Pro Tote Everyday Set fit them.
Travel and packing creators
Creators who film pack-outs and carry-on routines. Nordace sets and the Siena Compression Packing Cube are the product they already talk about.
Existing owners
People who bought and posted. Reviews on the Siena Starter Set and the Siena Pro Tote Traveler Set show who is already talking about it.
Affiliate or ambassador page
The page was not found on the site, so recruiting starts with direct outreach and a clear brief, not an application form.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Real use
Shows the bag in real use on video, not only flat-lay photos.
2Hook sense
Recent videos open with a clear line in the first seconds.
3Clean claims
Can work inside a claims sheet without fighting every line.
4Steady output
Can post seven videos a week through the whole ramp.
5Organic reach
Views are organic. No bought views, no engagement pods.

Carry-on pack-out and weekend trip test
“Designed for 10-Day Trips”

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Never say it is waterproof in any weather
A stronger promise than the site's own rain line, which creators must repeat as written.
Never say it fits every airline's carry-on rule
A guarantee about third-party rules that the site does not make.
Never say it is the best backpack on the market
A comparison claim with no source behind it.
Never say it protects a laptop from drops
A protection outcome the site does not state.
Never say the bundle price is the lowest it will ever be
A price promise the site does not make.
Never say it fixes back pain
A health outcome, and Nordace makes no such statement.
Never say what a bag is made of unless the product page says it
A material claim that has to match the page word for word.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Cool or Hot Drink for 12/24 Hours
The line sits in the crawl without a product attached. Confirm which item it describes before anyone repeats it.
Over 70% of Nordace travelers prefer these two bundles
A share figure with no study behind it that we can see. Confirm the source before creators use it.
15 Sets Sold Today
A live counter that changes. Confirm it is current before a creator says it on camera.

Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat

Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month: the first video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
- The bonus is per video: one clip must pass 100,000 views on its own, not an average.
- Only organic views count. Paid, boosted or reposted views do not.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
Ten creators at seven videos a week give 303 videos and 1.8M views a month, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Brief, sheet, tracking
The brief and claims sheet go out, the first two creators sign, and tracking is checked with your team. Nothing is posted yet.
Month 1
Ramp to ten creators
Creators live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Seven videos per creator per week. We test hooks only: one variable per test, losers killed early.
Month 2
Remake the winners
Winning hooks from the library get remade by each creator. A video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat, and I flag the best ones for paid.
Month 3
Move bands
Creators who hold cost per 1,000 views move up a band, the rest drop. Spend shifts to formats that beat the $1.00 target.
Day 90
Review against $1.00
We compare cost per 1,000 views to $1.00. The starting inputs say $5.74. The review shows what moved and which inputs were wrong.
Ceiling
Monthly ceiling $15,000
The monthly ceiling is $15,000 with all ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded. It does not rise without your sign-off.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.
Part 13 of 15
Report

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Spot the winner
An organic video passes 100,000 views or holds a low cost per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target.
Get usage rights
The creator agrees in writing to paid use before we touch the video.
Test it as an ad
One variable per test: same video, different opening line, same audience.
Scale or kill
Winners get budget. Losers are killed early and the hook goes back to the library.
From the video to the checkout
- Videos showing several products link to the Best Sellers page.
- Videos on one set link to that set's page, such as the Siena Pro 15 Essential Set.
- Mention Free Shipping from $99.00 only if the page shows it the day the video posts.
- Mention the sign-up for 10% OFF the first order only while it is live.
- Use the bundle saving of 23% only on the page that shows it.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Bags and travel rules
Creators sell a bag by showing it work. These six rules keep the video true to the product page and the posting honest.
Claims come from the sheet
Only the lines on the claims sheet, as written. A creator who wants to say something new asks in #claims first, and waits for the answer.
Rain lines stay literal
Say 100% Rain Protection and show the rain cover on camera. No weather promises, no pouring-water stunts that imply more than the line.
Carry-on is not a guarantee
Say Carry-On Ready for Up to 7 Days as written. Never promise it passes a specific airline's check.
Prices only when live
No prices in the voiceover. Sales such as up to 50% Off change, so a creator points to the page and lets the page show the number.
Show real use
Film the actual set: packed, carried, opened. No stock footage of other bags, and baby gear is shown only in everyday safe use.
Disclose and stay clean
Partnership tag on every video, organic views only, no named rivals. A video that breaks any rule loses the bonus, even at 100,000 views.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
